I started athletics for enjoyment but sometimes during the dark, cold and wet winter training months, or during the intensity of the racing season it’s difficult to remember that.
However, this 2022 highlights video of our year together makes it all worthwhile and reminds me how privileged I feel to be part of this group of wonderful individuals and very talented athletes. Together we celebrate when things are going well (and there was plenty to celebrate in 2022) and we support one another when things aren’t. But most of all we always manage to keep smiling and have a huge amount of fun.
